No more guessing if there will be clean sheets or towels in your Short Term Rental. Well & Good supplies luxury white sheets and towels that allow for a comfortable stay for guests as well as consistency and value for our partners. Bedding and linens are some of the trickiest parts of the STR process, and we’ve got them covered.
EYES ON SERVICE
Well & Good offers eyes-on-inspections for each property service. This ensures our hosts know the important details of their property. Every room and appliance will be documented at each service by our cleaning professionals. Damages, are documented to provide owners and managers the information that leads to speedy repairs.
GUEST ESSENTIALS
Luxury shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in refillable bottles; all consumable products i.e. paper products, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, and soaps: all the essentials needed in-between stays. Fully sourced, supplied, and placed by Well & Good.
MAINTENANCE + REPAIRS
Keeping short term rentals in optimal condition goes well beyond the clean, and Well & Good has an all encompassing approach to property servicing. We offer solutions for items such as drywall repairs, furniture replacement, water intrusion, lock outs, appliances and more. Further, we offer packages that cover ongoing maintenance that is so critical to smooth long term operations.
